Conditions of sale

Prices: We work with fixed prices, negotiating is not allowed by our sellers. Items that are not priced and are still hanging or standing in the store will only be sold if the item has been provided with a price tag by an authorized employee.

PIN: With us it is only possible to pay for purchases with PIN or credit card. For safety and cost reasons, we do not accept cash.

Exchanges: Because we work with used items, exchanges are unfortunately not possible and no money will be refunded.

Warranty: Since we work with used clothing and items, we unfortunately cannot provide a warranty on your purchase. In very urgent cases when making a warranty claim, the company management may decide (after presentation of the receipt) to issue a voucher.

Liability: We are not responsible for any consequential damage caused by any product purchased from us.
